Accessibility Statement

InHauteCouture is committed to making our online store usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act.

What we’ve done

Across the store we have: adopted a high-contrast obsidian-and-ivory palette so text and controls remain legible; provided visible keyboard focus outlines and a “skip to content” link; honoured the reduce motion setting so animations and auto-playing video calm for those who prefer it; sized interactive controls for comfortable touch; and written descriptive alternative text for imagery. Our size guidance, fit notes and policies are provided as readable text rather than images.

Known limitations

Some third-party components (for example embedded media or checkout provided by our platform) may not yet fully meet AA in every respect. We review these regularly and address issues as they are identified.
