How do I earn Haute Points?
You earn 4 Haute Points for every 100 you spend on product, in any currency — automatically, from your first order once the programme is live. Your earn rate rises to 6 at Gold and 8 at Obsidian.
How does the referral reward work?
From launch day: create your code, share it, and when a friend places their first order using it you receive 10% of that order's value in points. You then earn 2% of everything they buy for a full year. Both rise by 2% with each tier you reach.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are assessed on a rolling 12-month basis. Ivory is yours from the start; Gold unlocks at €500 of spend, and Obsidian at €1,500 — or by private invitation.
What are my points worth?
Every 100 Haute Points is worth €5 to spend on your next piece, redeemable at checkout once the programme is live. They stay valid as long as your account is active.
The programme opens with the store; no points accrue before launch. Rates and thresholds shown are launch values and may be adjusted. Points are earned on paid product value, excluding taxes and shipping. Referral rewards are credited once a friend's qualifying order ships.
