Each InHauteCouture piece is prepared and quality-checked by our atelier before it ships.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Where a piece is altered to your measurements, please allow additional time; we will keep you informed at every step.

Delivery times & carriers

We ship across the EU by tracked courier. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days across the EU after dispatch, and you will receive tracking by email. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs, duties & taxes

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT for EU destinations. Your shipping cost and the final total — including all taxes and any duties — are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We aim to ship on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis so there are no surprise charges on delivery; where any customs charge could apply, this is made clear at checkout.

Risk & receipt

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of the goods.
