These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of goods from InHauteCouture. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering & contract formation
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. The button that completes your order is labelled to make clear that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or if an error in price or description is identified — in which case we will refund any payment in full.
Availability & our atelier model
Our pieces are produced in small atelier runs. To keep each design exclusive, you may purchase only one piece of any given design — but you are welcome to order as many different designs as you wish. Where an item is marked “Final pieces”, stock is genuinely limited and may sell out. If we cannot fulfil your order after a contract is formed, we will notify you and refund you in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. The total price payable, including delivery and any taxes or duties, is shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is processed by our secure payment providers.
Returns
Your right to return and any applicable guarantee are set out in our Returns policy.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or your purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
